Pupil Fees

All supplies, materials, and equipment needed to participate in educational activities shall be provided to pupils free of charge. Education Code section 49011 (a), states: "A pupil enrolled in a public school shall not be required to pay any fee, deposite, or other charge not specifically authorized by law."

We may ask for voluntary donations from time to time. All donations are voluntary donations and not required. Please let your child's teacher know if there is a concern with any voluntary donation. This included class supplies, field trips, other school donations, and fund raising.
